What this site is

New York Predictions is a news and data site about prediction markets on this state's questions. It reports prices supplied by Prediction Genius from public exchanges such as Kalshi and Polymarket, and it publishes written analysis of what those prices imply.

It is not an exchange, a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser or a gambling operator. It accepts no trades, holds no funds and runs no market. Nothing is sold here, there are no accounts and there is no subscription to buy.

This is not financial or betting advice

Everything on New York Predictions is published for information only. It is not financial, investment, trading, betting or legal advice, and it is not a solicitation to trade any contract or to take part in any market. Prediction markets can lose a participant money. Past prices do not predict future results. Any decision a reader makes is that reader's own, and a qualified professional should be consulted before acting on anything read here.

Whether a prediction-market venue may lawfully serve a particular reader, and on what terms, depends on where that reader is and on rules that change. Nothing on this site is a statement that a venue or a contract is lawful or available where a reader lives.

Who may use it

Use of newyorkpredictions.com is for people aged 18 or over who are able to form a binding contract.
