Corrections
Name the page, quote the sentence and give the source that contradicts it. A correction is made on the page it concerns and carries the date it was made, so a reader can see what changed. That is the fastest thing to get a reply about, and the one most worth sending.
Story tips and editorial questions
Questions about how a page reads, what a contract settles on, or why a market is covered here go to the same address. The desk does not take requests to cover a market, and it does not remove a page because someone dislikes what a price implies.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete an email address held for a newsletter, write from the address concerned and say what you want done. What is held and for how long is set out on the privacy page.
Legal and press
Legal notices, licensing questions and press enquiries use the same mailbox.
What the desk will not do
